Fiza is a Program Manager at the School of Design and Science (SDS) at Chiba Institute of Technology, overseeing the launch of Japan's first antidisciplinary graduate school set to open in April 2026. Her work bridges academic innovation with practical implementation, coordinating international faculty and designing educational programs that transcend traditional boundaries.

With 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and consultant, Fiza has specialized in managing complex, multinational projects across pharmaceuticals and technology. In the pharmacovigilance industry, she was involved in product localization initiatives at RxLogix, handling both business and technical aspects of bringing global software solutions to Japanese markets. In the IT sector, she provided business / IT consultation at Infosys, playing key roles in e-commerce platform launches, UX design, and system administration.

Fiza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environment and Information Studies from Keio University, where she graduated as valedictorian and is a recipient of Mentor Mitakai Scholarship. As someone who grew up in Japan's international community, she brings unique perspective to bridging Eastern and Western approaches to technology, business, and education.
